• Contact us and clearly state the order number, the order date and the complaint to us.
• Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation from us and more information about the steps to take to replace the product if necessary.
• MEG Stores has the authority to have the product repaired by an authorized repairer, to deliver a new product or to refund your purchase price.
