You can easily place orders in our webshop. Did you place your order? Then you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please read this carefully. If the order is not correct, please contact us as soon as possible.
What are the shipping costs of my order?
ORDERS with delivery address in the Netherlands:
- Minimum order amount: 350,00 excl. V.A.T.
- DAP orders (Incoterms 2011) from: 350,00 excl. V.A.T.
This does not apply to longitudinal transport.
SHIPPING EXW (Incoterms 2011)
- Shipping costs 0 to 30 kilo: 7,50
- Shipping costs 30 kilos or more: 49,50
- Pallet costs per pallet location: 49,50
- Tubes and longitudinal transport (> 2 metres): 45,00
Shipping costs Wadden Islands on request.
ORDERS with delivery address in Belgium:
- Minimum order amount: 350,00 excl. V.A.T.
- DAP orders (Incoterms 2011) from: 350,00 excl. V.A.T.
This does not apply to longitudinal transport.
SHIPPING EXW (Incoterms 2011)
- Shipping costs 0 to 30 kilo: 10,00
- Shipping costs 30 kilos or more: 80,00
- Pallet costs per pallet location: 80,00
- Tubes and longitudinal transport (> 2 metres): 115,00
Shipments with track & trace code, including insurance up to 500,00 euro.
Note: If you return a product that has been delivered free of charge, the shipping costs will be deducted from the purchase price of the product.

Do you have a question about an invoice? Or would you like to receive a copy of an invoice? Please contact us. We will be happy to help you. Please include the following information - if applicable - in the message:
- Order or invoice number
- Invoice amount or amount paid
- Date of payment
Please note that the details on a copy of an invoice cannot be changed or modified.
