Are you not completely satisfied and do you want to return or exchange your order? Please contact us. In consultation, return or exchange is possible.

Returnservice

It is possible that an item from our range does not suit you. Of course we try to prevent this as much as possible, but if it does happen you can return the item within 14 days (undamaged and in the original packaging). After receipt of the article we will refund the amount within 14 days. The costs and risk of the return shipment are for your own account. Follow the following procedure for the return service:

1) Inform our customer service within 7 days of receipt;
2) Return the (undamaged) article in its original packaging;
3) After receipt we will return the purchase price to you within 14 days.

Returns, according to the right of withdrawal (within 14 days)

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have the right to return goods to MEG Stores within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

However, we have drawn up a procedure for this.

• In order to prevent the administration of these orders from going wrong, we request that you first register a return shipment via the MEG Stores customer service, clearly stating the order number and the order date.
• You will then receive from us within 24 hours a confirmation of the return notification and further instructions for returning the goods.
• Upon receipt of your shipment, we will check it on the basis of our terms and conditions of delivery.
• You will be notified of this within 24 hours after receipt of your shipment at the latest.
• You can expect your purchase amount back into your account within a maximum of 30 days.
