Delivery times

Depending on the nature of your order, the delivery time is currently approximately 1-3 working days. It may happen in case of holiday periods and holidays that the stated delivery time can be exceeded. In that case we will inform you in writing with, if possible, the expected delivery date. If the final expected delivery date is a multiple of the original delivery time, we will offer you the option to cancel the purchase. If you wish to make use of this option, you must notify us in writing. A refund of the amount paid by you will be made within 5 working days after we have received your request for cancellation.

Our order will generally be shipped using DHL's parcel service, unless the dimensions or weight of your order are not within DHL's guidelines.
